4STEP - Therapuetic Riding & Equine Assisted Mental Health Programs for Central PA

4STEP depends on its volunteers. Volunteers are who keep the sessions running smoothly, the barn looking good, the horses happy and the families and participants feeling welcomed and supported.

Whatever your skill level or interest you could be a 4STEP volunteer.

What do you need?

A desire to help others.

Whether your walking along our Therapeutic Riding students to ensure their safety, cleaning stalls or mending fences, or helping in the office you play an ESSENTIAL part in the 4STEP mission of "planting seeds of Life for a Harvest of Change."

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THESE TIMES:

Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm & 6:30-7:30pm

Wednesday 9:30am & 5:30pm

Thursday 6pm-7pm (in the spring)

We ask all volunteers to show up at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.

The Waterfront Restaurant not only serves great food but they care about the people in our community. The Waterfront generously donated the food for our 1st and 2nd Annual Golfing Fundraisers in '08 and '09 and they have already offered to do it again for our 3rd Annual Golfing Fundraiser in 2010! All of the golfers were full of compliments.
We also thank The Waterfront for hosting our Awareness Dinner for the Pediatricians in 2009 in our area. They provided a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food.
